The NFL and Nike unveiled eight new “Rivalries” uniforms for the AFC South and NFC North divisions this week, the second year of a program that debuted with the AFC East and NFC West last season. All four AFC South teams, the Colts, Texans, Titans, and Jaguars, and all four NFC North teams, the Bears, Lions, Packers, and Vikings, are getting the new alternate jerseys.
“Revealing eight new Rivalries uniforms marks the next chapter in a program that is beloved by fans across the NFL and Nike,” said Taryn Hutt, an NFL executive involved in the rollout.
When Each Team Debuts Its New Look
Every team will wear its Rivalries uniform for the first time during a home game against a division rival, then keep the jersey in rotation for three seasons. The debut schedule: Colts, Week 3 vs. the Texans; Jaguars and Lions, both Week 8, against the Colts and Vikings respectively; Packers, Week 5 vs. the Bears; Minnesota, Week 15 vs. Detroit; Titans, Week 10 vs. the Jaguars; Texans, Week 11 vs. the Colts; and the Bears closing out the rollout in Week 16 against the Packers.
The Campaign
Nike and the NFL built the reveal campaign around current players including Jameson Williams of the Lions, Jordan Love of the Packers, Nico Collins of the Texans, and Sauce Gardner of the Colts, along with Vikings legend Randy Moss, plus local musicians and artists from each team’s home city.
Why the Program Is Expanding Division by Division
Last year’s AFC East and NFC West rollout became Fanatics’ highest-selling product launch ever, a commercial result that’s clearly driving the decision to keep expanding the program rather than launching all 32 teams’ alternates at once. The staggered division-by-division approach lets Nike and the NFL generate a fresh merchandise cycle and news moment for each rollout instead of one single event that would otherwise dilute attention across too many jerseys at once. The 2025 launch uniforms for the AFC East and NFC West will also appear in select games again this season against division rivals.

What’s Coming Next
The Rivalries program is scheduled to reach the AFC West and NFC East in 2027, and the AFC North and NFC South in 2028, meaning it will take until 2028 for every NFL team to have gone through the uniform refresh. Fans of teams further down the rollout schedule will be waiting several more years for their turn.
